Konzept Kochen – Angewandtes Essen (2006 – 2007)

Students project, realised in the context of the Seminar “Interventions” by Martin Krenn, University of Applied Arts, Vienna, 2006-2007. Because of the lack of quality-food and high prices in the local cafeteria students designed and built their own mobile kitchen and organised cooking events every Tuesday and Thursday. Costs: 2 Euro per meal (Art-performance included).
